Looneystore.com Return Policy

Please contact us before returning any merchandise as we need to issue an RMA (Return Merchandies Authorization) number.

Looneystore.com is committed to providing quality merchandise and service. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. All returns must be sent within 45 days of receipt (unless prior arrangements have been made) and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless the item(s) were received defective or damaged. We do not accept returns on washed or worn clothing.

Refunds/exchanges will be issued within 5 days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

Please include the following information with your return package:

    Customer Name
    Invoice Number
    Reason for return
    Would you like a refund or replacement merchandise?
    If replacement, list replacement merchandise.
